Louisville Arts Community Coming of Age

Saturday night was the  excellent live  performance named Rhythm & Hues. The Louisville Arts District fundraiser was put together by Janet Russell of CFAGallery and the Louisville Arts District, with the exceptional energy of Nicole Charron leading the way. Janet and Nicole were radiant, and gracious, hostesses for the evening. Artists, including Monika Edgar, Kym Finkle, and Jim Freehart, painted to the live music of accomplished musicians who teach at Dana V. Music. This was a first class event enjoyed by a SRO crowd of art appreciators. The experience, hosted by the wonderful Wendy Wham Mills, included an auction of the paintings made and door prizes. Congratulations to the participants, extraordinary volunteers, Sponsors, and art buyers that made this happen. Don't miss it next fall.
