"Moving Forward" Moving

SOLD"Power Image #1-Moving Forward" was the first image of the Power Image Series. This piece is a 30"x40" oil on canvas, floated in a maple frame. Linda is thrilled this painting is headed to a new home in Florida. It always opens the heart for new work when a painting sells.

The Power Image Series began in 2006, as Linda settled into the Studio with the intention of adding deeper content to her work. Linda had finished and sold a piece painted for the Mahler Festival that now resides in the quiet reading room in the Louisville Library. Wanting to transition from landscape, Linda spent time in meditation. During the meditation the image of the running horse came to her as a metaphor for Spirit.
