A Special Sale

This experimental piece,"Transfiguration" was recently finished at Armantrout Studio. Before we even photographed it, it was out the door with a favorite collector. It measures 70 inches wide by 25 inches. The painting has an acrylic base, and Linda used oil sticks and traditional oil paints and brushes to accomplish luminosity to support content. The hanging mechanism is an original concept. Linda first hung a raw canvas in 2010 and that piece was placed in  a private home in Meeker, Colorado by Rodney Briggs.
